Before you say 'I do'

It’s your wedding in ten days and you want to look good. Obviously. But suddenly you feel that the weighing machine is creaking and the mirror is playing dirty jokes about your figure.
Before you say 'I do'
It’s your wedding in ten days and you want to look good. Obviously. But suddenly you feel that the weighing machine is creaking and the mirror is playing dirty jokes about your figure.
What do you do? Freak out because you are nearing the most important day of your life and want to look spectacular? Don’t. This is what you have to do:
1. Make sure your wedding attire is properly stitched.

If you are buying something, then go for the perfect fit that will downplay your flabs. A deep V neckline is slimming. Dark colors like navy, chocolate brown, emerald green, sapphire blue and dark grey are all quite slimming too. Stay away from light and neutral colours and choose pinks, blues, oranges, reds and greens.
2. Highlight your good bits. If you have a beautiful slender neck, but a bit of weight on your waistline, draw attention to your neck with an eye catching necklace, or other accessories. If you have toned arms, wear a sleeveless top to make the most of your assets
3. Take a deep breath and de-stress yourself. This will not only bring glow to your face but also help you get rid of excess weight. And don’t forget that proper breathing techniques are important to remove those dark circles that can ruin your pretty eyes.
4. Do aerobics and weight training. Take out time to dance a lot. 30-minute cardio sessions, strength training and brisk walking can also do wonders.
5. Get a proper massage to rid the body of excess fluids.

6. Sleep well, how much ever work you have.
7. Water also does wonders to your skin
8. Eat well. Skipping your meals will do more harm to you than you can think. Have regular meals with adequate protein and fat. Also have loads of green veggies and fruits for those ten days.
9. Don’t try to look or be anything other than yourself. Be confident and not too self-conscious of your weight. If you are comfortable in your skin on the D-Day, your wedding album will have a pretty looking bride, looking her bets.
You are getting married and there is nothing more important. Don't worry a lot, don't fret and smile as much as possible. Set yourself realistic goals and plan everything ahead. Don't keep anything for the last moment. Remember that you are the bride and no one has the right to beat you in your looks on your day, and no one can. Smile and say 'I do'.
P.S. Don't forget to hold your upper arms a bit away from your body and avoid the upper-arm squish effect!
